The comfort level of a mattress is a personal choice. After selecting your mattress, if you have found that the comfort level is either ‘firmer’ or ‘softer’ than your preference, remedial action is possible if actioned within 90 days of purchase.

Whilst this is not a manufacturing fault, we can offer a service to remodel the comfort layer of your mattress.
